Our ACI President 2026–27, Ingibjörg Sigurjónsdóttir from Iceland, shares her motto for the year:

"When choosing my motto for this year, I wanted it to be something that felt true to me and reflected what Agora means to me. For me, it is all about connection—reaching out, being open to others, and finding common ground. Connection with our members locally, nationally and internationally, and across the different organizations within our Round Table family. Reaching out to others in friendship is at the heart of what we do.

And there is one thing that needs no translation: a smile. So my motto for this year is simple: Reach out with a smile.

Reach out to those interested in Agora and might want to join. Reach out your fellow clubmembers, to the ladies at your national AGM and to your old and new friends at international events. Reach out to our fellow members of the Round Table family, whether it be locally, nationally or internationally. Reach out to those in need with your service projects. Reaching out is the first step in building bridges and forming relationships that are the backbone of our organization."
